I am having trouble logging into my account, what do I do?
The user name and password associated with your account is normally the email address you used when you signed up as the user name and the zip code you gave us as your password. Most of the time we have found that when someone is having trouble logging in that their email address was entered with a slight misspelling or that a generic email address was used such as na@na.com. For misspelled email addresses please check the confirmation page that you should have printed out after ordering your product. Then you can log into your account and update your information. If you used a generic email address, such as na@na.com, it is likely that someone else has already used that address. You will then need to contact customer service or technical support using one of support forms on this site and request that your information be updated. We will need the first four and last four digits of your credit card in order to find your account.
Someone has gotten a hold of my credit card information and has used it to order your product fraudulently, what do I do?
We take fraud issues very seriously and have committed to help authorities aggressively prosecute those involved in identity theft and fraud. The first step is to contact our customer service department so that we can cancel the account associated with your credit card. We will need as much information as you can give us to look up your account including just the first four digits and the last four digits of your credit card. Please give our customer service reps your current contact information so that we can advise you on our fraud policy in full in order to receive a refund on all funds charged. Our fraud department investigates all fraud cases thoroughly and in most cases just requires a signed and notarized statement from you stating that you did not order our product and have not authorized anyone you know to order the product. After our investigation is completed you will receive a refund on all funds.
Why is there a recurring charge to my credit card?
We are committed to giving our customers the most current and up to date information available. We do this through our online Learning Center. Most of our products come with a trial to the online Learning Center which has a wealth of courses and information that is updated regularly. If you have not canceled your membership within that trial period as explained on the website you signed up on, then you will be charged a monthly fee until the membership is canceled. We try to explain this all very clearly on our websites in a number of places prior to placing your order and again on the confirmation page that we ask you to print, which also contains your user name and password. In addition we send you an email to the email address you provided with the same instructions. To cancel your membership, just use the Cancel Membership link above.
What do I do if I need more information that isn't provided on this website?
